SHOULD YOU KEEP THE SABBATH?  Should You Keep the Sabbath?

“Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.  Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord, and he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse." Malachi 4:4-6

The "fathers" are Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and to turn back to them, you must worship the same God they did.  They were under covenant with the God of Israel, the God of the Bible, the creator.  It is essential to turn away from Baal (sun) worship (sun worship on SUN-day) and to turn away from Gnostic pagan based religion that "does away with the law." (Gnostics practice licentiousness, which gives license to break the covenant law with the true God.) 

For you to worship the God of the Bible, you must keep the Ten Commandments, they are THE covenant, it is like a MARRIAGE COVENANT...because in the first commandment, God commands you to have no other gods before Him.  He's going to be your only God, and no others. Which day of worship does He want you worship Him on?

The test commandment of your covenant with the true God is the fourth commandment which commands us to remember the Sabbath day (7th day, Saturday) to keep it holy.  It belongs to God the creator, and he claimed that day, the seventh day of the week as His own day, when He rested on the seventh day of creation.  He did not claim Sunday, He did not claim Friday.  In fact Satan the deceiver, who deceives the whole world caused those days to be counterfeit days of worship. Yet, God who inspired the Holy Scriptures never claims any other day of worship in the Bible, except for the 7th day of the week.  And most importantly, Christ said that He was "Lord of the Sabbath." Through this He made it clear which day you need to be keeping, is the same one made at creation.
