HOW TO STOP PANIC ATTACKS FOREVER

1. TO AVOID THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, (it lowers stress hormones, lactic acid, histamine and cortisol)

2.  TAKE VITAMIN C TO LOWER YOUR CORTISOL LEVELS, and to detoxify MSG

...(Cortisol triggers the flight or fight syndrome behind a panic attack.) 

VITAMIN C ALSO LOWERS LACTIC ACID, A KNOWN PANIC ATTACK STARTER.  2 OR 3  (500 MG. TABLETS) SHOULD DO THE TRICK.  IF YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THIS, JUST ADD FOODS TO YOUR DIET THAT ARE HIGH IN C SUCH AS LEMONS...LIMES, ETC.

3.  THESE CAN HELP...IF YOU ARE ON MEDICATION, CHECK WITH YOUR HEALTH PROVIDER FIRST BEFORE YOU TAKE ANY HERBS.

A.  SIBERIAN GINSENG, it increases oxygen, which lowers lactic acid, a substance capable of triggering a panic attack.

B.  VALERIAN ROOT... IS VERY HELPFUL BUT CAN  MAKE YOU SLEEPY, SO   DON'T DRIVE WHILE TAKING IT.  SLEEP IS GOOD SINCE IT IS THE OPPOSITE OF PANIC RIGHT?

C.   BENEDRYL IS ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BUT IT CAN MAKE YOU SLEEPY AS WELL, SO TAKE BENEDRYL AS DIRECTED AND DON'T DRIVE WHILE TAKING IT.  BENEDRYL AND VALERIAN ARE VERY SAFE IF YOU FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BOX. 

4. START WALKING EVERYDAY.  EXERCISE INCREASES OXYGEN LEVELS.  (Low oxygen + carbs = lactic acid which is a powerful panic attack starter.)  Cut out bad carbs such as sugar and white flour for a while and see if that helps.

5. EAT REALLY NATURAL FOODS FOR A WHILE.  EAT LOWER SODIUM FOODS TOO.  SHOP THE OUTSIDE AISLES OF THE GROCERY STORE and AVOID PROCESSED FOODS IN GENERAL.  IF YOU WILL NOTE, A PANIC ATTACK WILL OFTEN COME AFTER A REALLY SALTY MEAL OR AFTER A FOOD WITH MONO-SODIUM GLUTAMATE IS EATEN.

4.  RELAX YOUR MUSCLES, TIGHT MUSCLES MAKE LACTIC ACID, WHICH IS USED IN RESEARCH TO START A PANIC ATTACK.  JUST LAY QUIETLY, BREATH SLOWLY, AND RELAX.

5.  GET A LITTLE SUNSHINE AND FRESH AIR EVERYDAY..  YOU'LL FEEL BETTER ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.  

6.  STOP WORRYING.....DON'T DWELL ON IT ONCE IT IS OVER.   DON'T THINK ABOUT IT AND TALK ABOUT IT ALL THE TIME.  START HAVING SOME FUN.
